Welcome to the new app for Southern Home Consultants, Inc. which was founded in March of 1999 by Raney Oven, an active Certified Residential Contractor since 1980. Using the latest technology available, inspections are performed with the client’s interest foremost in importance. Since the start of the business the company has grown to a multi inspector firm and an onsite office manager all working to provide inspection reports in compliance with the strict Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the American Society of Home Inspectors, (ASHI). With over 50 years of combined inspection and construction experience our clients can be assured of a comprehensive and complete inspection.
